لا يجوز لموظفى الحكومة فى دائرة المحافظة أو المديرية
التابع لها العقار ولا لموظفى الوزارة أو المصلحة طالبة الحجز أن يتقدموا
للمزايدة بأنفسهم أو بطريق تسخير الغير و إلا كان البيع باطلا حتما ويعاد
البيع وتحدد جلسة مزايدة لذلك ينشر ويعلن عنها بالطريقة المبينة بالمادة ٥٣
