إذا لم يحضر أحد للزايدة فى اليوم المعين أجل البيع مرة
بعد مرة إلى أن يتقدم مشتر أو تتقدم الحكومة مشترية فى الجلسة .
وينشر ويعلن عن كل جلسة بالطريقة المبينة بالمادة ٥٣ مع خفض
عشر الثمن الأساسى فى كل مرة يؤجل فيها البيع .
