إذا تخلف الراسى عليه المزاد عن الوفاء بشروط البيع أعيد
البيع على مسئوليته بعد تعيين جلسة لذلك ينشر ويعلن عنها بالطريقة المبينة
بالمادة ٥٣
فإن نقص الثمن لزم الراسى عليه المزاد بالفرق وإن زاد الثمن كانت
الزيادة من حق المدين صاحب العقار أو من حق الدائنين حسب الأحوال
