يحرر محضر بالبيع يوقع عليه المحافظ أو المدير أو وكيله
والكاتب الحاضر معه ، ويشتمل المحضر على سبب البيع وشروطه وبيانات
العقار المبيع ومساحته وحدوده وباقى بيانات اللازمة لتسجيله وكذلك الثمن
الأساسى وكل عطاء قدم والثمن والراسى به المزاد وبصفة عامة كل ما تم
فى جلسة المزايدة .
