يعلن مندوب الحاجز إلى المدين أو من يجيب عنه تنبيها
بالأداء و إنذارا بالحجز ويشرع فورا فى توقيع الحجز مصحوبا بشاهدين .
ويوضح بمحضر الحجز قيمة المبالغ المطلوبة وأنواعها وتواريخ استحقاقها
ووصف المكان الموجودة به المنقولات المحجوزة وصفا دقيقا .
