لا يجوز لمندوب الحاجز كسر الأبواب أو فض الأقفال
بالقوة لتوقيع الحجز إلا بحضور أحد مأمورى الضبط القضائى ، ويجب أن
يوقع هذا المأمور على محضر الحجز وإلا كان باطلا .
