على المحجوز لديه بمجرد إعلانه بمحضر الحجز أن يخطر
مندوب الحاجز خلال المدة المنصوص عليها فى المادة السابقة بكل مالديه
للمدين والتاريخ الذى يمكنه فيه أداؤه لمندوب الحاجز وعليه أن يوضح
فى إخطاره وصف مالديه وصفا دقيقا مفصلا مع بيان عدده ومقاسه
أو وزنه أو مقداره وقيمته .
ولا يعفى المحجوز لديه من واجب الإخطار أن يكون غير مدين
للمحجوز عليه .
ويكون الإخطار [غير مقروء] فى جميع الأحوال بكتاب
موصى عليه مصحوب بعلم [غير مقروء] إلى مندوب الحاجز [غير مقروء]
