Article 29 of the Administrative Seizure Law

يقع حجز ما للمدين لدى الغير بموجب محضر حجز يعلن إلى
المحجوز لديه بكتاب موصى عليه مصحوب بعلم الوصول ويتضمن قيمة
المبالغ المطلوبة وأنواعها وتواريخ استحقاقها .
ويجب أن يتضمن محضر الحجز نهى المحجوز لديه عن الوفاء بما فى يده للى
المحجوز عليه أو تسليمه إياه وتكليفه التقرير بما فى ذمته خلال خمسة عشر
يوما من تاريخ الإعلان .
ويجب إعلان المحجوز عليه بصورة من محضر الحجز مبينا بها تاريخ
إعلانه للمحجوز لديه خلال الثمانية الأيام التالية لتاريخ إعلان المحضر
للمحجوز لديه و إلا اعتبر الحجز كأن لم يكن .
