Article 20 of the Administrative Seizure Law

يعتبر الحجز كأن لم يكن إذا لم يتم البيع خلال ستة أشهر
من تاريخ توقيعه إلا إذا كان البيع قد أوقف باتفاق طالب الحجز والمدين
أو موافقة الحاجز على تقسيط المبالغ المستحقة أو لوجود نزاع قضائى
أو بحكم المحكمة أو بمقتضى القانون أو لإشكال أثاره المدين أو الغير أو لعدم
وجود مشتر للمنقول المحجوز .
