يجوز حتى يوم البيع وقف إجراءات الحجز والبيع وذلك
بأداء المبالغ المطلوبة والمصروفات ، وفى هذه الحالة يرفع الحجز وتسلم
للمدين الأشياء المحجوزة بموجب محضر يحرره مندوب الحاجز ويتضمن
إخلاء عهدة الحارس .
