يجرى البيع بالمزاد العلنى بمناداة مندوب الحاجز و بحضور
شاهدين بشرط دفع الثمن فورا وعلى كل من يتقدم للشراء أن يؤدى تأمينا
قدره ١٠٪ من قيمة عطائه الأول .
ويجب ألا يبدأ مندوب الحاجز فى البيع الا بعد أن يجرد الأشياء المحجوزة
ويحرر محضرا بذلك يبين فيه ما يكون قد نقص منها .
