لا يجوز بيع المعادن الثمينة أو الأحجار الكريمة بأقل من
قيمتها الذاتية بحسب تقدير أهل الخبرة ، فإن لم يتقدم أحد لشرائها فى الميعاد
المحدد أجل بيعها إلى ميعاد آخر يعلن عنه بالطريقة المنصوص عليها فى المادة ١٤
وتباع عندئذ لمن يرسو عليه المزاد ولو بثمن أقل مما بوعدت به .
