إذا وقع الحجز على نقود أو عملة ورقية وجب على مندوب
الحاجز الاستيلاء عليها بعد بيان أوصافها ومقدارها فى محضر الحجز وتحرير
إيصال باستلامها يعطيه للمدين أو من يجيب عنه .
