Article 24 of the Dangerous Animals and Dogs Possession Law

مع عدم الإخلال بحكم المادة ٢٠ من هذا القانون، في الأحوال التى
يضبط فيها مأمور الضبط القضائي أيا من الحيوانات الخطرة أو الكلاب بالمخالفة
لأحكام هذا القانون، يتم التحفظ عليها لدى السلطة المختصة، وتودع بقرار من النيابة
العامة في أماكن الإيواء والعزل المعدة لذلك، وتتخذ التدابير المناسبة بشأنها على نفقة
المخالف، ولا يجوز تسليمها لأصحابها إلا بقرار من النيابة العامة .
