تلتزم اتحادات الشاغلين بالعقارات المبنية والتجمعات السكنية المتكاملة
أو من يقوم فعليا بأعمالها والمنشآت الفندقية بعدم السماح بدخول أو اصطحاب الحيوانات
الخطرة أو الكلاب غير المرخص بحيازتها بتلك العقارات أو التجمعات السكنية
أو المنشآت بحسب الأحوال .
وفي جميع الأحوال، يتعين إبلاغ السلطة المختصة لاتخاذ التدابير والإجراءات.
