يجوز الصلح في الجرائم المنصوص عليها في المادتين (١٥، ١٦)
من هذا القانون في الأحوال التي ينتج عنها موت أو إصابة أو إضرار بالممتلكات،
وكذا في الجريمة المنصوص عليها في المادة ١٧ من هذا القانون، وذلك وفقا لأحكام
قانون الإجراءات الجنائية.
