Article 20 of the Dangerous Animals and Dogs Possession Law

في جميع الأحوال التي تقضي فيها المحكمة بالإدانة بعقوبة السجن
أو الحبس بحسب الأحوال، تحكم بمصادرة الحيوان محل المخالفة، ويسلم للسلطة
المختصة لاتخاذ التدابير والإجراءات المناسبة على نفقة المخالف .
