سجلات أوقات الطيران وفترات العمل:
1 – على المستثمر أن يحتفظ لكل عضو من أعضاء طاقم الطائرة بسجل كامل ودقيق موضحا به أوقات الطيران وفترات العمل وفقا للأنظمة والتعليمات التى تضعها سلطات الطيران المدنى.
2 – على المستثمر أن يحتفظ بهذه السجلات بعد انتهاء فترة عمل الطيران لكل عضو من أعضاء طاقم الطائرة وذلك لمدة خمس سنوات.
