انشاء أو تعديل أو الغاء الخطوط الجوية:
على شركات ومنشآت النقل الجوى الوطنية والأجنبية قبل انشاء أو تعديل أو الغاء أى خط من خطوطها أو تعديل عدد رحلاتها التى تقوم بتشغيلها الحصول على موافقة مسبقة من سلطات الطيران المدنى، وفقا للقواعد التى يصدرها وزير الطيران المدنى.
