الترخيص بأنشطة الطيران:
لا يجوز لأية جهة أو شركة أو منشأة القيام بأى نشاط فى مجال النقل الجوى أو الأشغال الجوية الا بعد الحصول على ترخيص بذلك من وزير الطيران المدنى ووفقا للقواعد والشروط التى يحددها.
