الأوامر الحكومية:
تلتزم شركات ومنشآت النقل الجوى الوطنية والأجنبية بجميع الأوامر التى تصدرها سلطات الطيران المدنى وعلى الأخص فيما يتعلق بالآتى:
(1) أجور وأسعار النقل الجوى والشروط الأخرى المتعلقة بها بما فى ذلك نوعية التشغيل، ومدته.
(2) تشغيل أى خط أو مجموعة من الخطوط الجوية.
(3) التفتيش على مكاتب شركات ومنشآت الطيران والاطلاع على مستنداتها والوثائق اللازمة.
(4) اصدار بطاقات السفر المجانية والمخفضة.
