تسرى أحكام الاتفاقيات الدولية للطيران المدنى التى انضمت اليها الجمهورية أو التى تنضم اليها مستقبلا، كما تسرى أحكام هذا القانون وذلك بما لا يتعارض مع أحكام هذه الاتفاقيات.
