يكون للاتحاد هيئة مكتب تشكل من رئيس مجلس إدارة الاتحاد أو وكيل
المجلس في حالة غيابه، وعضوين ينتخبهما مجلس إدارة الاتحاد لهذا الغرض وأمين
الصندوق، وتستمر عضوية هيئة المكتب حتى انتهاء مدة مجلس الإدارة، وإذا خلا
مقعد أى من عضوى هيئة المكتب المنتخبين لهذا الغرض، يتولى مجلس إدارة الاتحاد
في أول اجتماع له انتخاب من يشغل هذا المقعد.
