Article 53 of the Tourism Chambers Law

يمثل رئيس الاتحاد مجلس إدارته لدى الجهات جميعا ولدى السلطات العامة
وأمام القضاء، وفي مواجهة الغير، ويتولى الإشراف على تنفيذ السياسات العامة
للاتحاد، وعلى تنفيذ قرارات مجلس الإدارة، وفي حالة غياب رئيس مجلس الإدارة
يحل محله في مباشرة اختصاصاته وكيل المجلس، ويجوز له تفويض أى من أعضاء
المجلس في مهمة أو مهام محددة تدخل في اختصاصه.
