يكون للغرفة موازنة مستقلة، وتبدأ السنة المالية للغرفة فى أول شهر يناير من
كل سنة وتنتهى فى نهاية شهر ديسمبر من ذات السنة، على أنه بالنسبة للسنة المالية
الأولى تكون بدايتها من تاريخ العمل بالقرار الخاص بإنشاء الغرفة، على أن تنتهى
فى ديسمبر من ذات السنة.
ويجب عرض الموازنة التقديرية للغرفة، فى غير حالة السنة المالية الأولى لها،
قبل شهر من تاريخ العمل بها على مجلس الإدارة للموافقة عليها.
