أموال الغرفة أموال خاصة، وتعتبر في حكم الأموال العامة في تطبيق أحكام
قانون العقوبات، ولا يجوز الصرف منها إلا في الأغراض التي أنشئت من أجلها
وحددت بموجب هذا القانون.
ولا يجوز الحجز على أموال الغرفة إلا بحكم قضائي.
