يعقد أول اجتماع لمجلس إدارة الغرفة بعد اكتمال تشكيله خلال شهر على الأكثر
من تاريخ صدور قرار تعيين الأعضاء المعينين، برئاسة أكبر الأعضاء سنا، ويجرى
في هذا الاجتماع انتخاب رئيس المجلس ونائب الرئيس وأمين الصندوق من بين
أعضاء المجلس، وذلك بالاقتراع السري المباشر وفقا للإجراءات التي تحددها اللائحة
التنفيذية لهذا القانون.
