يكون إنشاء غرف للمنشآت بقرار من الوزير المختص، بناء على عرض مجلس
إدارة الاتحاد، وتتمتع الغرفة بالشخصية الاعتبارية المستقلة.
وتبين اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون نظام إدارة الغرف، وعلاقتها مع ما قد تنشئه
من فروع وشعب من النواحى الفنية والمالية والإدارية.
