إذا قررت الجمعية العمومية غير العادية حل الغرفة ، تصفى أعمالها ، على أن
تؤول أموال الغرفة إلى الغرفة الأقرب لها غرضا وفق ما يحدده الوزير المختص ، بعد
موافقة مجلس إدارة الاتحاد.
وتبين اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون طريقة تصفية الغرفة والإجراءات
اللازمة للتصفية.
