فى حالة رفض الجمعية العمومية للغرفة إقرار الميزانية أو القوائم المالية
أو الحساب الختامي، يدعو رئيس مجلس إدارة الغرفة لعقد جمعية عمومية غير عادية
خلال ثلاثة أشهر من تاريخ انعقاد الجمعية العمومية العادية للنظر في الأمر، فإذا لم
يقم رئيس مجلس إدارة الغرفة بذلك تنعقد الجمعية العمومية غير العادية بقوة القانون
بدعوة من الوزير المختص خلال الثلاثين يوما التالية لانقضاء المدة المشار إليها.
