Article 12 of the Tourism Chambers Law

تختص الجمعية العمومية العادية بما يأتي:
١- انتخاب مجلس إدارة الغرفة ومندوبيها لدى الاتحاد.
٢- مناقشة تقرير مجلس إدارة الغرفة السنوي عن أعماله.
٣- اعتماد الموازنة التقديرية للغرفة وإقرار ميزانيتها السنوية وقوائمها المالية
والحساب الختامي لها.
٤- اعتماد تعيين وتحديد أتعاب مراقب أو أكثر للحسابات.
٥- النظر فيما يرى مجلس إدارة الغرفة عرضه عليها.
٦- اعتماد اللائحة الداخلية والمالية للغرفة.
