على كل سفينة خاضعة لالتزام الارشاد أن ترفع على ساريتها قبل دخولها منطقة الارشاد أو تحركها فيها أو خروجها منها الاشارة الخاصة بطلب المرشد أو أن تقوم بطلبه لاسلكيا، ولا يجوز لها الدخول أو الخروج من منطقة الارشاد أو التحرك فيها الا بعد صعود المرشد اليها أو الحصول على اذن من رئيس مجلس ادارة الهيئة العامة لميناء الاسكندرية.
