يمنح العاملون الخاضعون لأحكام هذا القانون الذين تتطلب طبيعة عملهم التواجد فى مواقع العمل وجبة غذائية أو مقابلا نقديا عنها شهريا وفقا للقواعد وللوظائف التى يصدر بها قرار من رئيس مجلس الوزراء .
