يمنح العاملون الخاضعون لأحكام هذا القانون بدل ظروف ومخاطر الوظيفة بحد أقصى ٦٠ ٪ من الأجر الأصلى تبعا لظروف العمل والمخاطر التى يتعرض لها العامل ، وذلك وفقا للقواعد وللوظائف وبالنسب التى يحددها قرار من رئيس مجلس الوزراء .
