يستحق العامل أجرا إضافيا عن ساعات العمل التى تزيد على ست ساعات يوميا بنسبة ٢٥ ٪ شهريا من الأجر إذا كان التشغيل نهارا وبنسبة ٥٠ ٪ شهريا إذا كان التشغيل ليلا وبشرط ألا يقل مجموع ساعات التشغيل الإضافى عن ٥٠ ساعة شهريا وإلا خفض الأجر الإضافى بحسب عدد ساعات التشغيل الإضافى الفعلية .
