تنقضى الدعوى العسكرية فى مواد الجنايات بمضى عشر سنين من يوم وقوع الجريمة . وفى مواد الجنح بمضى ثلاث سنين . وفى مواد المخالفات بمضى سنة مالم ينص القانون على خلاف ذلك .
