يحلف القضاة العسكريون وأعضاء النيابة العسكرية قبل مباشرة وظائفهم اليمين التالية :
[ أقسم بالله العظيم أن أحكم بالعدل وأحترم القانون ] .
ويؤدى اليمين أمام نائب القائد الأعلى للقوات المسلحة وبحضور مدير القضاء العسكرى .
