الأمر الصادر بحبس المتهم ينفذ فى سجن وحدته إذا كان عسكريا مالم تأمر النيابة العسكرية بتنفيذه فى أحد السجون العسكرية أو المدنية .
وتسلم النيابة نسخة من أمر الحبس إلى الجهة التى تكلفها بالتنفيذ .
