لأعضاء الضبط القضائى العسكرى فى الجنايات والجنح كل فى دائرة اختصاصه ، حق التفتيش فى المعسكرات أو المؤسسات أو الثكنات أو الأشياء أو السفن أو الطائرات أو المركبات العسكرية أو الأماكن التى يشغلها العسكريون لصالح القوات المسلحة أينما وجدت . وذلك بعد إخطار قائد الوحدة التى يجرى فيها التفتيش .
