كل شخص خاضع لأحكام هذا القانون ارتكب الجريمة الآتية :
إقدامه على ما من شأنه أن يضعف فى القوات المسلحة روح النظام العسكرى أو الطاعة للرؤساء أو الاحترام الواجب لهم .
يعاقب بالحبس أو بجزاء أقل منه منصوص عليه فى هذا القانون .
