يجوز للمحكمة إذا نتجت عن الجريمة أضرار مادية بأموال أو أشياء مملوكة للدولة أن تحكم على المتهم بردها أو رد قيمتها سواء أكان المتهم قد أخذها لنفسه أو أتلفها أو أفقدها بما لا يتعارض مع قوانين وقرارات وأنظمة القوات المسلحة .
ويكون ذلك وفقا للقواعد العامة فى تحصيل أموال الدولة .
