كل حكم صادر بعقوبة السجن المؤبد أو المشدد أو السجن فى الجرائم المنصوص عليها فى هذا القانون ، يستتبع بقوة القانون :
١ الطرد من الخدمة فى القوات المسلحة بالنسبة للضباط .
٢ الرفت من الخدمة فى القوات المسلحة بالنسبة لضباط الصف والجنود .
٣ حرمان المحكوم عليه من التحلى بأى رتبة أو نيشان .

كل حكم صادر بعقوبة الأشغال الشاقة المؤبدة أو المؤقتة أو السجن فى الجرائم المنصوص عليها فى هذا القانون ، يستتبع بقوة القانون :

٢ الرفت من الخدمة فى القوات المسلحة بالنسبة لضباط الصف والجنود .
