على كل مالك أو مستغل لسفينة أو وحدة بحرية مصرية إخطار الجهة المختصة بما يرد عليها من تصرفات بالبيع أو الإيجار خلال موعد لا يجاوز ثلاثين يوما من تاريخ التصرف ، ويرفق بالإخطار سند التصرف .
