مع عدم الاخلال بأحكام القانونين رقمى 30 لسنة 1975 بنظام هيئة قناة السويس و108 لسنة 1963 فى شأن ممارسة الحرف وأداء الخدمات المتصلة بالملاحة فى قناة السويس، يلغى قرار رئيس الجمهورية بالقانون رقم 97 لسنة 1960 فى شأن سلامة السفن، كما يلغى كل حكم يخالف أحكام هذا القانون.
