يحدد الوزير المختص بشئون النقل بقرار منه الشروط الواجبة فى السفن والوحدات البحرية غير الخاضعة لأحكام الاتفاقيات المشار إليها فى المادة الثانية من هذا القانون والقواعد التى تسرى عليها والشهادات أو التراخيص التى تصرف لها.
