تحدد الرسوم التى يجب تحصيلها مقابل معاينة السفينة أو الوحدة البحرية أو إعطائها الشهادات أو ترخيص الملاحة طبقا لأحكام القانونين رقمى 80 لسنة 1980 فى شأن فرض بعض الرسوم البحرية و156 لسنة 1980 فى شأن رسوم التفتيش البحرى.
