على كل سفينة ركاب مصرية أو أجنبية تقوم بنقل الركاب من الموانى المصرية أن تحصل على شهادة ركاب مصرية، طبقا للقواعد والشروط التى يصدر بها قرار من الوزير المختص بشئون النقل.
