مع عدم الإخلال بأية عقوبة أشد منصوص عليها فى قانون آخر، يعاقب بغرامة لا تقل عن ألف جنيه ولا تجاوز ألفى جنيه كل من خالف الأحكام المنصوص عليها فى المادة الثانية عشرة من هذا القانون أو القرارات الوزارية الصادرة تنفيذا له.
