يعاقب بالعقوبة المنصوص عليها فى المادة السابقة كل من عطل أو منع مندوبى الجهة المختصة أو الخبراء الذين يعينهم القنصل المصرى عن أداء مهامهم وكذلك من خالف أحكام المادة التاسعة، أو الفقرة الأخيرة من المادة التاسعة عشرة من هذا القانون.
