Article 20 bis of the Ship Safety Law

مع عدم الإخلال بأية عقوبة أشد ينص عليها قانون آخر ، يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز سنة وبغرامة لا تقل عن خمسين ألف جنيه ولا تجاوز خمسمائة ألف جنيه ، أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين ، كل من خالف الالتزام المنصوص عليه فى المادة (٧ مكررا) من هذا القانون ، فإذا ترتب على عدم الإخطار استعمال السفينة أو الوحدة البحرية المصرية فى غرض غير مشروع مع علم المتصرف بذلك تكون العقوبة السجن .
